We offer a variety of different classes for you and your canine companion can participate in. Our classes are designed for all life stages of training your dog will need. Our main objective for all of our classes is to help strengthen the bond between you and your pet.

We are excited to offer a wide range of group classes, semi private and private lessons for our clients looking to improve their dog’s obedience and special interests.

Group Classes we offer:

Puppy Class

It is important to set your puppy up for success and instill confidence early in their life. Prime socialization time for puppies is between 3-14 weeks old, which is why our puppy class is suited for dogs between 8-18 weeks old. Our class offers a fun environment for your puppy to build their confidence, work on their coordination and introduce them to a variety of other experiences during their visit.

Leash Manners

Does your dog pull on leash? It walking your dog a struggle and you no longer enjoy your walks? This 5 week class will teach you and your dog proper communication for you both to enjoy your walks together. This class will focus on teaching attention, so your dog is paying attention to you, proper leash handling as well as teaching your dog to walk nicely on a loose leash.

Well Behaved Dog

In this 6-week class you will learn how to teach your dog basic and important skills they need for a happy and balanced life. Your dog will learn and understand commands such as sit, stay, come, down, “leave it”, go to “place” and loose leash walking.

Field Training

This class is designed for handlers of all levels as each dog is worked individually. Whether you are looking for a sound retriever for hunting or competition purposes, you will have the confidence to handle your dog out in the field.

Better Behaved Dog

This 6 week class is designed for those who have taken our Well-Behaved Dog Class or equivalent. You dog must know sit, down and stay. We will be working on enhancing impulse control, focus and polite manners.

Try a Sport

This class will introduce owners to the wonderful world of performance sports with your dog. Each week we will introduce a new sport for you to try with your dog and see what they like.

Scent Detection

Our Scent Detection classes will help you unleash your dog’s natural talent while they search for hidden scents. We offer all levels of scent detection for you and your canine friend. Whether you are looking for a fun activity to try or looking to compete; we are here to teach and guide you to your goals.

Competitive Obedience We offer classes and instructions for all CKC Competitive Obedience levels. Our instructors have multiple titles on a variety of dogs including 3 OTCH titles.

Rally Obedience

In our Rally-O class we combine elements of obedience, agility and lots of fun! During this class we will set up course for you and your dog to navigate and perform a variety of obedience exercises thorough out.

Zen Canine

Do you have a dog that is full of energy and has difficulty calming down or regulating their energy? Does your dog react to other dogs and people by barking and/or lunging? This class will focus on owner/handler education, teaching your dog impulse regulation as well as helping your dog find their calm in every day situations.This class is best suited for dogs who: Lack socialization, react to people, dogs, etc. are anxious or unable to settle and relax
